Spoon
Bending
This
is a wonderful
experiment to
show how the power
of our thoughts
can reshape physical reality. Once you succeed
at spoon bending, put the spoon somewhere where you'll see it often
as a visual reminder that your thoughts create
your reality.
What
you need: An inexpensive cafeteria
quality spoon. Make sure it's not too flimsy so it's easily bent.
You don't want a heavy silver spoon because it may be too difficult
for a beginner to bend plus you don't want to ruin good silver.
With both hands, hold the spoon out horizontally in front of you.
Hold one end of the spoon in each fist with the curve in the handle
pointing up.
Close your eyes and start
breathing
rhythmically.
Now concentrate and
visualize a
ball of bright white light over
your head. Focus on getting the light bright and hot as you move
it down through the top of your head. Once it's in your head, keep
concentrating on it until you feel it as bright as it can be. Then,
slowly visualize the ball moving down your neck, into your shoulders,
down your upper arms, down your forearms, and finally into your
wrists. Focus only on the light and feel the energy
of it vibrate as it warms you.
When the light reaches your fingers,
say out loud, "Bend, bend, bend!"
and try to bend the spoon in one quick motion.
Amazingly,
the spoon will bend in the middle, as if it were suddenly made of
butter, with almost no effort at all.

You
are power-full!

The
Pendulum
If
you're looking for a quick answer to yes or no questions try this
What
you need: A pendant or any weighted object attached to a piece
of string approximately five inches long. Keep in mind the object
needs to be heavy enough so the string will swing.
[p.s.]
First you need to ask your pendulum which way it will swing
for a yes answer.
Breathe deeply and wait for the pendulum to move
by itself. It will! Note the direction of the movement.
Do the same thing to find the answer for a no answer.
It will most likely be the opposite direction of a yes answer.
Now
you're ready to ask your question just make sure it can be
answered with a yes or no.
