get out of a funk!

During a really challenging time, when I felt like doo doo about myself, I resorted to making an affirmation tape and played it every chance I got—at least once a day.

After each affirmation, I repeated it out loud (that's what the silent space in between each affirmation is for). This is a great daily ritual to do even if you aren't feeling yucky.

I recorded fifteen minutes worth of affirmations (some were repeated). What you're going to hear is a mini version of the actual affirmations I put on my tape... Here I spruced it up a little bit with some pretty pictures and music but you don't need all that for this to be really empowering.

Just choose affirmations that strike a cord with you, record them on a tape or cd, and play that baby as much as you feel like it.
