There is no such thing as too much self-love.

Here are some tiny rituals to incorporate into your daily
life... we call them "love habits".

• When someone showers you with a compliment, don't minimize it by pointing out something wrong with yourself, or changing the subject. Believe what they say and accept the compliment graciously with a simple and genuine thank you.

If there is something about yourself you are working on changing, (such as losing weight), don't wait until you've accomplished your goal to love yourself. Believe it or not the sooner you love yourself as you are, this minute, the easier it will be to accomplish your goal.

• The next time someone says something unkind towards you, instead of focusing on their behavior, look to see if there are hidden "unkind thoughts" you have about yourself. If you find some— change them now! Often, our outside life experiences are a reflection of how we feel about ourselves inside.
